Pics below are of our volunteers delivering gifts on Christmas Eve, 2004.

Sadly it's no longer possible to deliver gifts in person. To protect children's privacy, in 2008 the USPS started removing children's return addresses and adding numbers to each letter. Volunteers are then asked to mail their gifts.

In our YouTube video at the bottom of our Home Page, gift deliveries were also filmed, on Christmas Eve, 2006. This is no loger possible.

Be An Elf volunteer Hans Dohm delivers Christmas gifts. A mother is overwhelmed with surprise and delight.

"I had no money to buy my children presents this year. Thank you! Thank you so much! This is wonderful!"

With that, she began to cry .		Hans just held her while she sobbed.
No tears here; this family was all smiles and laughter.		There was a Papa in this house.
Three single mothers and their kids were sharing this home.		There wasn't much furniture inside. When one mother asked for a bed, Hans provided one..
Guess who wrote to Santa! There were gifts for all.
